"However, I'm going to buy some balls, and find a sock. Sounds like a roaring good time for my erectors."

Now there's a sentence that's barely fit for polite society...

the thera cane website is awesome.

i was almost sold by the picture montage on the front page,
but it was the guy on the "product at the glance" page.... well, i bought a case.

http://www.theracane.com/productGlance.html

and while youre there, read the "empowerment" paragraph. its pretty ridiculous.

If you tape 3 golf balls together in a triangle for the base, and then one on top to make a 4 ball pyramid it can be good for hips and glutes, .. its a bit too harsh for ITB/TFL but great for hips!!

I have to say that the two tennis balls in a sock is an amazing feeling on the spinal erectors. A single ball under the lats or calves feels great too.
