~19 hour fast.

Meal 1
1 can (~130g) tuna
Some almonds
1 apple

Workout

Meal 2
2 grilled chicken breasts
Some onion
Some extra virgin olive oil
1 kiwi

Supplements
Vitamin D
ZMA
Fish oil

Some onion

1 kiwi

Meal 2
4 large hard boiled eggs
Some salad (lettuce, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes)

Meal 3
~200-250g grilled pork
Some salad (lettuce, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes)
Some grapes

Supplements
Vitamin D
ZMA
Fish oil
