Looks legit.

I wrote something on the topic as well... you'll see a lot of overlap which is why I'd say it's legit.

There's some stuff in mine that the link above doesn't cover. Massage is definitely a BIG one that it doesn't. You should definitely utilize self massage.

I found these exercises to give instant relief to tennis elbow.
For long term strengthening of the forearms, here are some forearm exercises you can do. You only need an adjustable dumbbell and plates to perform these exercises.
