Crossfit Injuries

And this is just from those who post. When will this stop?! It chaps my butt as I sit here 5 days post my very own shoulder debridement surgery

It will stop when people stop drinking the Kool-Aid and start thinking for themselves. When they stop looking at some of these really stupid injuries as a badge of honor.

There's just a lot of impressionable people out there. I know I was really excited and starry eyed about CF when I started. I really wanted to be a part of it but now not so much.
