Default 2011 goals, the 3x12 week programs

My goals for 2011:
12 week technique development program
12 week strength & power development program
12 week strength & power specification program
All from Greg's book...

Speaking of which, I am searching for any posts that have anything to do with the first one. I just finished week one and I want some input about others' experience with the programs. So if anyone knows of existing posts please let me know where they are...

Goals for 2011:
  • Oly total: +40kg... so 250kg would be nice. Will be aiming for 2.5kg to 5kg a month.
  • Peak BW: 95kg+ with an ok BP... have gone from 92.7kg at the end of winter to 86.7kg middle of summer
Age/Height/BW: 29/6'/100kg.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.

First priority for me in 2011 is get my shoulder fully functional again. Then I want a legit bodyweight snatch. No press-out.

Wt: 190lbs

Year end goals:
450lbs Squat (current 376lbs)
300lbs C&J (current 264lbs)
220lbs Snatch (current 176lbs very weak I know)
230lbs OHP (current 200lbs)

12:00 2-mile (Current 12:56)
32:00 5-mile (Current 34:40)

Get stronger!!

To clean more than I power clean. My front squat are weak as hell.

Body weight Snatch. 83 kilos.

Deadlift 170 kilos
Front Squat 100 kilos

Hold a static free standing hand stand for 15 seconds.

500lb deadlift (current 412)
Sub 4 hour marathon (current 4:20)
