Default Topical Anti-inflammatory

I hurt my shoulder ~10 days ago and it has been slow to get back to 100%. I am wary of the side effects of advil but wondered what opinions people had on topical anti-inflammatories like Pennsaid (diclofenac sodium). Thanks in advance.

I second the Traumeel cream or gel, or you could try one of the cetyl myristoleate based creams.
