How do the inventors of the elliptical machine live with themselves.
They are criminals.
Its a such non functional movement, a disease in our society, cavemen didn't have this blasphemy of human movement.
Look, 5 sessions of 30 minutes of cardio a week has mutated Jennifer Anniston's physique.

Discovered this gem in "another message forum thread on Crossfit"
http://journal.crossfit.com/2011/06/...reArticleTitle
With the wonderful quote:
Quote:

Bunch roughly bases his intake on the Zone Diet developed by Dr. Barry Sears, which advocates a 40:30:30 ratio between carbohydrate, protein and fat. Bunch’s tweaked Zone is closer to 12:57:27.
|
Because Barry Sears invented the concept of macronutrient ratios. Any of them. I also like the false precision here: 57% protein. 56% is iffy, 55% is right out.

Very simple, just that sub 2' 800 plan with added 5/3/1 to it. First time in the last 1.5 year, haven't been overtrained or injured (hamstring)

No, 5/3/1 is Wendler's strength training program.
