Why KB's are better than DB's?
Yesterday in my mail I got the latest Hard Style from DD and there was a full page of DD comrades explaining why KB's trump DB's. (Coach Rut's blog had a little thing talking about this).
http://coachrut.blogspot.com/2007/04/up-flag-pole.html
Some of these things were the most ridiculous reasons ever!
My wife and I own a few DD KB's at my place but I never bought into the "KB's are better for everything hype." I personally like KB's for swings better than DB's because of the feel. I also prefer doing high rep snatches with a kb rather than a DB too.

Greg Everett's piece on KBs in the PMenu is a good place to start.
You can't do GS with a dumbbell!
Wait, there was that goofy 4x4 guy who did dumbbell curls and presses for hundreds of reps and 20-45 minute duration sets with the 40# db.

How dare you call Dragan goofy!
But you're spot on. He's doing GS with dbs. Didn't I say previously he was the poorman's Pavel?

I liked Rutman's post as well, while I miss his workouts I enjoy reading his thoughts!

BTW James I will preemptively blame you for my arms falling off since now I just have to see how many of these I can do in a row.
