Default Everett's Squat Volume Cycle.

Hi Greg (and to anyone viewing this thread.).

About the ten-week training cycle, would you reccommend it to beginners?

a beginner can certainly try it out, but i don't think it will be the most productive way to push his/her squats. if you're truly a beginner, you should be seeing some pretty signiificant improvement in your squats over a 10-wk period and locking yourself into prescribed %s usually just holds you back.
