Not bad - but on the segment DLs, you need to get your knees back and shoulders forward a bit more, especially in the upper thigh position - get your shins vertical.

Absolutely. Im in the Milwaukee area, but I make it up to Skipp's gym (cfmadtown) every once in a while. I'd definitely be down for that
