Default Parisi Speed School

Anyone got any stuff from Parisi? Looks like some solid stuff. I was thinking about buying some dvd's from them.

I don't but I am going to. I was a mod on a board with Martin Rooney for a while, and I must say in training he is one of the most intelligent people I have ever listened to.

I think their stuff is good. A heavy Westside Barbell influence for sure. I consider Martin a solid coach.

Every season before the NFL combine anywhere for 3-10 prospects risk their signing bonus on Rooney and prep with him from the end of their season until the combine. Two years ago he had the fastest kid in the combine. It move him from the second round to the first and his wallet grew about $8 million too.

If it's good enough for coach RUT it's sure as heck good enough for me! I think I'll ask for either he strength or MMA dvd for my b-day.

I've seen the Training for Warriors DVD. Good stuff. Nothing we dont already know. Sprint intervals, deads, cleans, good barbell complexes mixed in w/ some tire and sled stuff. He specializes in strategy for the combine. Like rut said, shaving .10 off of your times could be the difference btwn flying first class and owning your own jet.
