Just perused a Muscle and Fitness magazine and was astounded by the sheer amount of expensive productions advertised within and the promises of becoming a monster when taking them
But I am curious what the forum members take for supplementation. Myself: whey protein, creatine, and the occasional vitamin complex. I have heard BCAAs and/or arginine/glutamine can help. This is covered in Gregg's book but wanted to get additional user input.
