Also, weight seems to have moved to 185# without trying and without fat gain.

Climbed yesterday, skipped weight w/o because feeling beat.
Today: day 11, same as day 10. Will go up on fs if tomorrow feels like today.

Day 12, moved fs to 175#, was just fine. Sucking on the BP still.
I'm so bored of the 40 day workout by day 12. But I will persevere.

I can do snatch, c&j and backsquat to max daily with no boredom. But the combination of the easy weights and the daily sameness is oddly much harder to endure.
Day 13: moved kb work to 24kg sn x10x3 each arm

Forgot: also hiked for over 3 hours this morning through wooded hills. Team retreat. The team may regret my leadership.
