new bar and bad shoulder
Ok, so I've been dealing w/ a torn rotator cuff (supraspinatus) for about 6 weeks. It doesn't feel terrible in general, but I definately can't go overhead yet. I was able to deadlift heavyish w/o issues just tuesday.
Also, my new pendlay nexgen bearing bar arrived today.
My question is, how will I know when its ok to clean? Obviously jerking and snatching are out until I feel stable in the overhead position, but are cleans gonna be an issue w/ a bad rotator cuff?
