Nothing pumps up my back like the negative on a behind the neck push press. After 2 weeks of that, I upped my jerk by 15kg.

And who wants to pick up all that weight off the floor?! Seriously, though, if you've already done your cleans, etc. you may not have it in you to get a heavy bar back up to your head level.
