I feel like one of my biggest problems is maintaining an upright torso. Even in this video after I finish the second pull, my hips go back and my chest forward to the bar. The weight is light enough that I can fight through it but much heavier and I get under the weight and am strong enough to recover but dump it forward. For this reason my best clean is actually a power. Any tips or cues on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Focus on being more upright in the pull and moving back to your heels as you leave the floor. The reason you're leaning into the bar on the way under is because you're moving forward. Drop your hips and lift your chest a bit in the starting position, and as you leave move bar, knees, hips and shoulders back as you move up so that within a couple inches of bar movement, you're balanced toward the heels and can stay there as you finish extending.
