I think this may be worthwhile, I will try it tomorrow (hangover permitting). I was also thinking you could hold a heavy (or maybe light if it is hard) bag between you legs and do it like you are breaking someones posture down in your guard.

that's basically pressing from support to a tuck planche holding a dumbell between your feet. it's good work for your shoulders and traps, too.

Looks interesting. Yesterday I did a made up exercise that was basically a knees to elbow with a leg extend at the end of it. Today I'm hurting...
