Default El Gato and Squat Videos

Here are two videos that we made today. Jr decided that he wanted to make up his own workout, he did and we have named it El Gato. This was completely his idea by the way.

I have been playing with loading on squats since my arm is broken and we had some fun with this series.

I have a couple more videos that I haven't finished that I will upload later tonight.

El Gato? That's a brilliant name for a workout!

it's great that your gym is a place for your son(s?) and you to spend time together, doing something you both enjoy.

the squats looked like a blast, too!

Default Nice

My GF has 4 four active kids, and this will be even more inspiration.
Thanks for posting.

Cool stuff. It's great when the kids just want to workout without any prodding. Now I just wish I had a garage gym like yours! Heck I wish we had a garage!

Random note...wasn't El Gato also the name of the villian in the movie Three Amigos?

I'm not sure about that, but it was the nickname for former MLB catcher Tony Pena. He had an awesome one legged catching stance (with the other leg extended out to the side).
