I don't know about you but Scott's NEW and IMPROVED Chocolate Balls have become a staple item in my diet and easily one of my very best and favorite sources for omega-3 fat intake. The only thing I do different is use Green Pastures grassfed, organic, extra-virgin coconut butter that is packed with omega-3's instead of the coconut oil as the recipe calls for. Also use few drops of liquid stevia in replace of agave nectar or honey.
Probably eat wayyyy more than I should....but the rest of my diet is usually spot on (so I'm allowed a little slack here

).
Anyway....I recently discovered something even TASTIER than the chocolate balls and that is dumping all the chocolate unto a plate after cooking it and then placing it in the freezer for at least 15 mins.
After you take it out of the freezer it turns into ONE big sheet of chocolate on the plate. Simply get a knife, break up the pieces and then spread a layer of RAW unsalted TJ's almond butter on top...
