I was taking fish oil supplements for the omega-3 but my stomach would feel completely sour all day. I started with the GNC brand then moved to some all-natural brand I bought at a local natural foods market. I stopped taking them because of these adverse side effects and decided to try the Naturally Preferred brand eggs with omega-3 in them. I had the same sour stomach. I've heard of people feeling sick from fish oil supplements, but feeling the same way with the eggs has me worried. I want omega-3 in my diet but now I'm not sure how to go about it. Have you all heard of this before and do you have any suggestions for an alternate source of omega-3? Thanks.
