Dammit Scott I just got used to drinking black and tans, now I have to go back to Bud Light.

I have seen that study all over the place and it certainly gave me a good chuckle. Nothing like drinking your carbs and calories in a form that all men love.

Did that for years, only problem was I couldn't stop at one or two, it was always leading into some sort of pub crawl and coming home at the crack of dawn....

Beer and hockey.....Let's just say that when being healthy I almost got thrown off the team for not drinking beer after games!

I was thinking about this the other day, watching my teammates devour a case of beer after the game.....and although probably not the best PWO nutrition, they sure are taking advantage of their glycemic window. Better then nothing....
