anyone know any good kb training programs?
So I've been trying my hardest to do MMA twice a week but of course I'm working 60-80 hr workweeks which makes it difficult... was gonna do Olylifting as an adjunct but I just haven't been as much as I want to lately and I want to switch it up. We have kettlebells in five pound increments in my gym and I never see 'em used, I haven't played that much and so I don't have old numbers that were better to compare them to which will be nice, and I just want a change I guess...Anybody have any kb-centric programs I can play with?

Yael,
The KB programs in Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell book are simple and quick. You might even be able to find them on the interweb if you don't want to buy the book.

Dan John s Get UP! has a description of ETK option 2 in vol. 6 issue 2. Its the last article so you have to scroll down. I have been mulling over trying something like this since my work schedule is weird ( 5 40 pm to 6 00 am with 2 hours total commute, often 5 day s per week) Good luck with training!

Hi Yael,
Feel free to email me at catherineimes@sbcglobal.net
Let me know how much time you can spend and your goals (strength-endurance) and I can suggest a couple of things. All the other things mentioned are fine for the time constrained and if they look interesting feel free to go with them.
Crossfit Philly also post some cool KB centric workouts on their site and most of them don't take long and can be scaled. http://www.crossfitphilly.blogspot.com/
Good Luck.

Yael,
Enter the Kettlebell clean and press ladders coupled with pull up ladders work great if you're under a time restriction. Also, check out our site as well. We have a ton of kettlebell bases workouts.
