Good Olmypic Bars for home gym

I am wanting to purchase a good quality bar for doing the CA WOD. Any comments on the Pendlay Bar or the bar at Pure Strength? I have an old York bar that I got at a gym for $25 (out of business/selling all of it's equipment) but I don't know how it would compare to these other bars.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have an old york bar that is perfectly straight, you are good to go. I found an old York, but it has the slightest bend in it which really hoses it up for quick lifts, thankfully it came "free" with other plates and collars.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Pendlay bar if you want something new.

Another few hundred dollars alternative is the low end York needle bearing bar, the one no longer made in china, I know people that are happy with that bar.

The bars from Pure Strength are solid needle bearing bars. About as good as you'll find at such a low price.
