the link above says they have 1.9 blocks fat and 1.1 blocks protein. Was not sure if i should factor the fat into my meal fat allowance.
Whatever you do be consistent. That way you can determine results easier.
Personally, I no longer measure blocks as I found it too anal after 15 months. I know focus on paleo foods with IF mixed in the batter!
