PM article clarification
Quick question in regards to the article in PM issue 16; ME BLACK BOX, Template Variation: Part I
The rep rotation is as:
Week 1 5 x 5
Week 2 5 x 3
Week 3 5 x 1
Is that "5 sets of 3 reps" or "3 sets of 5 reps"? Everyone likes to do it different these days...
