OK just I got my platform built yesterday and did some training today at home (my coach came to my house!!). Had to initiate the platform . Coach figured out the video on my still camera.

Ouch, that should have read CJ form. Can it be changed Greg, MODs?? Yes it is confined but I have a lot more space in the global gym area, rower, rings, elliptical, asst KBs etc
