Thanks Greg! Getting old! Only a few more years till 30...that's when life ends isn't it?
Guess what tonight's dinner isn't going to be? Paleo! I'm going to Cheesecake Factory and having a Guinness or two and maybe a slice of pumpkin cheesecake. I figure that's how Paleo man would've celebrated his birthday if he had the chance. Back on the wagon tomorrow.

Well, it wasn't the worst dinner possible. Avocado egg rolls, shrimp in spicy Jamaican sauce with some black beans (skipped the rice), and a bit of pumpkin cheesecake (couldn't finish it...too rich). Oh yeah, and 5 Guinnesses. I did manage to skip out on the shots that one of my friends wanted to purchase...weaseled my way out of that. All in all, great times...hanging with the wife and friends.

Happy Birthday! (belated I guess)
I like to hide the shots in my Guinness so that they only count as one drink. . . Although Guinness by itself is the beverage of champions.
