Default Quick question: PM Mass Gain

Would the program outlined in this month's journal be any less effective if I did 4 days of lifting a week instead of 5? Obviously it would take more time to complete, but anything else?

If I had to do it in 4 days I'd drop Tues. I think it would still work. Tues seems more like a light technique day. You could rotate Sat and Tues workouts on a weekly basis

Like Dan said, dropping Tuesday would be the way to go.
