Gripper training is pretty addictive. I love my CoC grippers. I bought the BoneCrusher's during a special that Iron Woody was running over Memorial Day. The sale was ridiculous, I think I got from 100 to 300 for $33.
If you don't mind spending the money I would definitely get at least one CoC just for the joy of it. I have their Starter and Trainer models. I believe that I can tell the difference in them and the BoneCrushers.
Depending on how strong your hands are I would start in the Gladiator's with the 100 or 150. MuscleDriver has a pretty good sale on them at $11 a piece. I would definitely buy 2, 1 easier that you can do sets of 10 with and one harder to work up to doing sets of 10 with.
Don't forget that you need to work your extensors also. Look at the package for hand health on the IronMind site. I use thick rubber bands for my extensor work.
