Wild fish is better than no fish. Venison would be great.

Tempeh is much better than tofu, nutrition and anti-nutrient wise.

I'm sure your eggs and dairy are from wild animals, yes? :-D

There's all kinds of health and ecological problems with making fish your primary source of animal protein so it's worth doing some research before stocking up on canned tuna.
