Default Art De Vaney article in the London Times

I searched around and didn't find this posted.

"Bryan Appleyard thinks he has found a diet that really works: it took him three weeks to shed 14lb with healthy ease. But he had to go back 5,000 years to discover the science behind it"

There is nothing really new, but paints Evolutionary Fitness in a positive light.

Trust me, after a month or so, the spectacle of toast or a bowl of cornflakes will revolt you.

This I can attest to, watching others sit around at work and eat doughnuts now makes me gag.

Paleo diet meets intermitent fasting meets an old-aged bodybuilder with a really BIG EGO.
100,000 generations of humans have been hunters and gatherers; 500 generations have been agriculturalists; ten have lived in the industrial age; and only one has been exposed to the world of computers.
