Adidas weightlifting shoe issue?
I have Ironworks II. Do heavy backsquats in them sometimes. Other times I just use a pair of Chucks.
I notice when I heavy backsquat in the Ironworks II my feet kill me for the next couple days sometimes. This time in particular its just the right foot.
No flexibility issues in chucks can pretty much squat ATG. Should I just ditch the weightlifting shoes? They feel like they are sized right, I am guessing these shoes just don't get along with my feet, I dunno... Another 140 dollar learning experience I guess.
Anyone else ever experience any foot issues with any weightlifting shoe?
