meal freq and training
I was just wondering
I really hate to eat many meals, so im more a fan of a 2 meals approach.
However, my goal is fat loss so before weight training and soccer practice i should have some pre workout food, and especially post workout food. My question is then
My pre workout should be: mod protein/mod carb/low fat or regular high fat/mod protein/mod carb ?
As for the post workout, is it best to just wait 1-2 hours and then eat my big meal wich contains all the calories for that day, or should i have a post workout meal earlier with carbs and protein and no fat. And then 1 hour after, eat the big meal with the high fat content.
