I guess I eat pretty well as a matter of focus. Vegetarian but love that whey protein.
In fact I am fasting all day today with just water.
I wonder how the effects differ between people fasting on a daily schedule like me or randomly like 1 to 2 days a week?
I consider my schedule to be 'normal'. I could go until noon or such without eating but will play around with how my body feels as time passes. Thanks.
