Vitamin C........how much do YOU take?
I take 3-5 one gram (timed release) tablets a day on top of my food.

I take about .5-1g these days, especially after a workout, it should lower cortisol.

I take anywhere between 1-6 grams a day. ~3 grams around my workout, especially if it runs longer than 1 hour.

None - I eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, and that form is substantially better than a supplement.

Vit C - None....I get it from fruits and veggies.
However since I spend most daylight hours inside due to work I pound Vit D3.
3,000 IU's a day in the summer.
6,000 IU's a day in the winter.
