Searching on YouTube will likely give you a lot of the stuff you're looking for.

There's a couple main things to remember.

1. Quick feet are happy feet.

2. If you are losing a juggle at all, let it go, don't try hard to save it. That's how injuries happen. Make sure you are on a surface where you have no hesitation in letting the KB fall to the ground at full speed if anything goes awry.

I have the H2H video, I never really got into juggling, if you decide you want it PM me and we can work something out.

Just a note that I did buy a couple of shots and that those things are serious fun as well.

I was just lent H2H by my friends dad, who was pretty into fitness like a year ago, but health problems caused him to stop being able to workout.

The movements are pretty fun looking, and I can't wait to get my kettlebell for christmas to start playing around with them, but most of it you could figure out yourself, so I'd say its not worth buying.

Also, the ones that I feel like people wouldn't ordinarily think of seem awkward, and don't flow like the other, cooler H2H movements, so i'd say just have fun with your kb and see what you come up with

H2H drills are awesome. I use them for warm-ups quite a bit. Sometimes I juggle my 2 pood around for fun...Nothing crazy like Jeff Martone but I'll do some flip swings and upper cut drills w/ it.
