Started at a real crossfit facility here in Central Oregon today. Just went over fundamentals of squats, front squats, dead lifts, press and push press as well as using the C2 rower. Finished the hour w/ 2x 400m rowing; 10 of the following w/ the bar: front squats, deads, push press. A little over 7 min.
