Default Vitamins Resource

Recently, I realized I don't know enough about vitamins and minerals and wanted to know if anyone here knew of a good resource that i can use to learn more about them...

I found this guy: http://www.amazon.com/Vitamins-Dummi...9144089&sr=1-1

...but I don't think it is exactly what I am looking for.

Aside from wikipedia, is there another resource I can explore?

If you have a copy of Starr's The Strongest Shall Survive kicking around somewhere he goes into vitamin's and minerals quite a bit. I don't know how much the science has changed since.
