Go with the first option. You're fine.

I know I eat a lot fewer calories on Paleo + IF. I did a 22 hour fast yesterday hardly even thinking about it (actually I didn't want the lunch I brought, so I didn't eat it).

You're more efficient with your food now, both due to the IF and due to eating "better" foods.

Unless you notice a health or performance-related problem, then everything is likely fine.

If you feel healthy....think clearly....sleep well....lose fat....maintain muscle....have energy....and get the ok of good health from your physician....I can't think why you would need to change things....as isn't that the main goal?
