Red Palm Oil

My food co-op just started stocking red palm oil. I bought a jar, tasted it, and i really have no idea what to use it on. I could just try cookin my normal stuff with this, but it's such a weird flavor that i'm not sure. any links or general tips on when to use it?

Took some getting used to, but I like the flavor. Just don't eat it with eggs. Blech! I use it with any meat and vegetables.

I like using it with pork chops and veggies.

Yeah I have written about it too a few times. Its great with meat and veggies!! Not with eggs....
