When I clasp my hands behind my back as if I'm standing at attention (like in
this picture, the front of my shoulder hurts quite a bit. The pain is sharp and travels down my arm, and if I hold it there too long or really rotate my shoulders into that position it persists after my arms return to normal.
The strange thing is that it hurts at no other time. There's no pain during my Olympic lifting, during presses, bench presses, push-ups, or rows. There is a twinge of pain when I reach behind to unhook my bra, but not much. The only pain is when the arms are behind the back and my hands are low as described above. Because it's literally been affecting nothing else I've been ignoring it but it's been going on for three weeks now without any sign of abating. Does anyone have any ideas?
