Default Behold the Hill Special

The Hill Special from Stanley's (precisely 100m from Rip's).

1lb. of brisket, ham, and sausage with a bunch of other crap (lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles...maybe some mayonnaise) on a toasted buttery bun. A good recovery day snack. Also good to throw at a vegan (at 1 lb.+ it might even leave a mark).

I have a 10lb Pork Shoulder in the Crock Pot, covered with some Mustard/Rub, should be done around 6 tonight, Pull apart, back into the Crock with a Vinegar based sauce.

Just another reason not to be a vegan....you'd never win a food fight....as you get pelted with lbs of meat....good luck throwing back your lettuce veggie wrap and hitting anything.
