Dr. G's PR/Milestone thread
I got sick of having to search through my workout log to find my old PRs, so I decided to put them all in one place.
Monday 3/16/09: CrossFit Total at CF Works.
BW ~177# / 80.5kg
All of the below are PRs at this BW, because I can't seem to figure out what my old 1RMs were, other than my old CFTs (which were really pathetic, IMO, they still are not up to par)
Press: 155# / 70.5kg PR
Back squat (low bar, landing stance, all the way down): 295# / 134kg PR
Deadlift: 325# / 147.5kg PR
Total: 775# PR, an improvement of 105# from the last time I did a CFT, ~18 months ago!
Old CF Total attempts posted at my old CF workout log:

George,
Thanks, and what are you confused about?

Not much, just I have a huge variance between my deadlift and squat...my deadlift has progressed a lot father than my squat. I feel the prescription is pretty apparent...more squats!

Well, different segment lengths can easily account for the squat and DL variation between folks...I have a super-long torso, relatively short arms and legs.
I could also spend some more time deadlifting and squatting, that's for sure. I'm going to be squatting as part of my OL program, maybe doing one DL set a week of either normal/halting/rack pulls, and definitely starting to press more either through HSPU work or standing presses.
I'll be going through my CA workout log, the PR/Milestone thread, and my old CF log to find any other PRs to add to this thread.
From Thursday 3/12/09: Snatch workout at CF Southwest. This was after an 80kg PR 1.5 weeks prior (after a 5-week OL hiatus). Best snatch prior to the 80 was 77kg in my first OL comp.

Clean & Jerk: 105kg PR.
First set at the PMenu OL seminar in Portland July(?) 2008, then repeated at my first OL meet in Phoenix in December2008.
My jerk is definitely the limiting factor. Work on my overhead pressing strength will be forthcoming.

Arien, just trying to keep all my PRs in one place for easy reference. Sheesh. Maybe it is time for me to just put it all on my own blog.
If I found the search engine on this forum easier to use, I wouldn't have started this thread.
