Default The Education of a Powerlifter

An older article, it says originally published March 2004 so some of you guys might have read it already. This was pretty long but worth the read, I was given the link yesterday and didn't get around to reading it until now.

Awesome read! I'm constantly amazed at how open and giving the people in the CrossFit, Performance Menu, and other fitness communities are with their knowledge. Between the lifting advice and nutrition information, our acquaintances could be charging a ton of money, but they get on the internet and give advice free of charge.
