How is the book? Looking at the contents list, I'm wondering if it's really just a collection of his T-Nation articles. Is there much fresh or updated content?

It's an edited version of his t-nation articles. There's probably some new stuff, and definitely some rework. It's good stuff, nice to have in one place, and he's done so much to put sensible and thoughtful information out there for free that I'm glad to support him.

That's about what I thought. I agree that it's nice to support people who've made so much available so I think I'll pick it up as well. Just have to find an option other than Draper's site - $21 shipping charge (to Canada) for a $25 book doesn't fly for me. Will probably get it through Amazon.com (not available on Amazon.ca).
