Light/Heavy filler recommendations for medicine balls.

I'd like to make three med balls, weighing 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg. The 10kg will work perfectly with just plain sand, but what would you guys recommend for the 5kg and 20kg to throw into the mix? I'm thinking flour and lead shot, respectively, but I want to see if any of you have better ideas.

Also, do you guys know where I'd find lead shot in bulk? I'll need about 3.5 cups, I figure.

I'll post the volume of materials and the weights obtained once I've made them.

Lead shot is sold in bags at gun stores, that's where I got mine for making my own clubbells in old baseball bats.

Turns out that a 28.5" rubber basketball filled nearly all the way with playbox sand weighs something between 9.6 and 9.9kg. Close enough. There's a little bit of softness in it because:
1. It's a ***** to fill it up by the end because the sand piles up inside and blocks your flow. It took something around 3-4 hours to fill it up.
2. You want it to have a little give for slams and such.

My old ball was slightly heavier. It was leather though, which might have made the ball itself more dense (?) and it may have been a 29.5" ball.

Edit: Huh. Now that the shoe glue seal has dried, I tried it out a bit and I think I may have overstuffed it still. Crap. It's very firm, and even though it has some empty space, the sand inside doesn't mold very well.
