Default edgar cayce - mr. paleo

I'm into checking out altered conciousness and all that stuff. Well, I was just reading about Edgar Cayce, a dude that lived in the early 1900's and would go into trances and write trippy stuff and do healings and whatnot. Well, turns out that while in a trance, he also described the proper human diet. He admits to not being a strict follower of this diet however. Looks very paleoesque in nature, and it is particularly interesting that he spoke of the acid-base nature of foods, since that part of it seems to me very recent as far as any science is concerned. Anyway, check it out if you care to.

the first link is just a wiki about him.

this link is the diet he prescribed.
