More Technique Work
I'm about to start a new Bulgarian Cycle and I was wondering if it would be possible to add more technique work in the form of assistance exercises such as: high hang cleans, jerk balance, heaving snatch balance, etc, in the beginning of these sessions or in extra sessions (AM or PM)? To clarify, I wanted to do more technique work while in the bulgarian cycle, but I was concerned if that would be overdoing it. I was thinking of following the CA WOD Bulgarian Cycle while adding 2 or 3 extra sessions of just technique work in the form of the exercises I just mentioned (1 clean, 1 snatch, 1 jerk assistance exercise/ session).
