Default Combat Psychology and Sports Performance

A very good article over at T-nation. For me the military aspect rings most true but it brings in sports performance as well. Good piece.

Great article, I see student pilots flounder as the stress levels go up in training (they get a presentation on this subject in their training in fact before they ever even fly). But what most of this comes down to is knowledge and training. The more knowledge and training anyone has, the better they do to overcome obstacles. It applies to anything in life, and really is that simple.
