Default Movement flow video & training info from Ido Portal

Ido has started a new project sharing training info on the unique Capoeira training modality called "floreio".

Check out the new vid:

And his blog post:

As some of you already know, Ido is a gifted coach and just returned from a "tour" of the USA where he gave workshops at Crossfit gyms, dance and circus studios and Coach Sommer's seminar...

Enjoy

I was just going to post about this...

I'm really excited about it... I've just been getting back into gymnastics and body control training and the artistic element of Floreio is an added layer I want to pursue.

Ido's stuff is really inspirational - there's a 3 part interview on his blog that's well worth checking out.

I put Ido's shoulder routine to the test on a few friends who all bench press too often and have fucked up shoulders because of it. They both agreed that their shoulders felt better immediately afterward. One said it made his shoulders feel "warm and fuzzy all over".
